At Jewelry Saving Lives, we want you to love your purchase as much as we love our mission to support animal rescues. If you're not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place your jewelry in its original packaging to ensure it stays protected during transit and include the provided packing slip.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange item within 5-7 business days.
